You work in a collaborative partnership with an experienced, credentialed Executive Coach who brings the requisite tools and structure to assess your situation, help you set specific goals (performance and behavioral) and design an action plan to get you moving in the most effective direction. The Coach then provides the support necessary to help you implement the plan. Finally, the Coach builds self-accountability by monitoring your progress, and by helping you evaluate your results and adjust your plan of action. That gives a clear measure of the coaching’s ROI (Return on Investment).

The recommended one-on-one coaching program consists of weekly one-hour sessions for a commitment of six months. In some cases, the actual number of sessions can be determined by you and your coach. After an assessment of your situation and what you want to get out of the coaching process, you and your coach define a tailored program and specific goals. If you desire more coaching sessions, additional packages can be purchased for one-on-one or group coaching.

We have a tremendous amount of experience coaching virtually, meaning over the phone or using point-to-point web conferencing technology. This form of coaching provides a convenient and efficient means of interaction. However, we can offer in-person coaching for most locations.

There is a great deal of flexibility in the structure and frequency of scheduled meetings between the client and the coach. We recommend a six-month commitment program, after initial assessment and evaluation (consisting of an in-depth, one-hour coaching session). From our experience, this is usually the minimum amount of time to achieve reasonable goals and measure of efficiency.

Four coaching sessions per month are recommended. There are different sets of fees for CEO’s, Department Heads, Sales Executives, Professionals, Artists, and Entrepreneurs. Fees are payable in advance. A rate table is forwarded on request only. Call us to discuss what is best for you.
